Tower is a proud supporter of Futures and Options – a New York-based charitable organization that expands opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds and historically underrepresented communities. By collaborating with employers, Futures and Options empowers students to gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in future careers.

Futures and Options’ annual Dream Big Gala serves as an inspirational evening to celebrate the organization’s work to empower New York City’s youth and help them prepare for their higher education and professional endeavors.
