That’s why we’re thrilled to officially open the doors to our new office in New York. Located in the Equitable Building at 120 Broadway – in the heart of the Financial District – our new space has been purpose-built to support our NYC-based team and the work they do each day.

For over 150 years, this address has been a hub for innovation and progress. Home to the top firms in the finance, insurance, and legal industry. Its predecessor, the Equitable Life Building, was the first office building in the world with passenger elevators, as well as NYC’s first building with electric light. Recently renovated, the floors occupied by Tower preserve historic features while showcasing our legacy of cutting-edge innovation and market leadership.

Our new office offers the space and scale we need to thrive. Our office provides the space and comfort to focus on individual work while fostering strong collaboration. Spacious meeting rooms and gathering places will facilitate easy collaboration. Our space will also provide an ideal setting for in-office events and celebrations, helping us build and maintain the relationships that guide our success.

This move represents a tremendous effort from our team, and we’re grateful to everyone who played a role in bringing this space to life. We’re excited about the new ideas and successes that will take shape here and look forward to welcoming colleagues, clients, and partners over the coming weeks and months.
