From an Earth Day cleanup in Cayman to youth rugby sponsorship in Leicester, a coral exploration event in Hong Kong and a charity cycling fundraiser in Shanghai, April saw a range of community efforts across Tower’s offices. While these events were distinct in focus, they all reflected a willingness to support local communities and environments in practical ways.
Celebrating Earth Day in Cayman
To recognize Earth Day, our Cayman team took part in a local cleanup effort near the office, helping pick up litter and improve the surrounding area. The event was a meaningful way to support the neighborhood we are part of each day, while reinforcing the importance of environmental stewardship at the local level.
We were proud to see our employees come together for a hands-on initiative that made an immediate impact close to home. Small actions can go a long way, and this was a great example of our team putting care for the community into practice.
Supporting Youth Rugby in Leicester
In the UK, our office sponsored a youth rugby team in Leicester, helping support a program that gives young athletes the chance to build skills, confidence and camaraderie through sport. We believe sports play an important role in creating structure, teamwork and opportunity for young people, and we were pleased to back an initiative that contributes to that mission.

Exploring Marine Life in Hong Kong
Toward the end of the month, our Hong Kong office took part in a coral exploration event at Hoi Ha Wan with WWF-Hong Kong. Located within one of Hong Kong’s first marine parks, Hoi Ha Wan is home to more than 60 coral species and 120 fish species, making it an important site for marine education and conservation. Through programs like these, WWF-Hong Kong helps students, companies and the broader community better understand and appreciate the region’s marine environment.
We were pleased to support an initiative focused on environmental education while offering our team the chance to learn more about the ecosystems that make Hong Kong’s coastal environment so distinctive. Events like this reflect the value of local stewardship and the importance of protecting natural resources for future generations.
Supporting Children and Creative Expression in Shanghai
Our Shanghai office recently held a charity cycling fundraiser in support of a local school for children with autism, raising funds to help provide educational materials and other needed supplies. The event gave employees a chance to contribute through a shared team activity while supporting an organization focused on helping children access the resources they need to learn, grow and thrive.
The office also purchased four paintings created by students of a local special arts school, which will be displayed around the workplace. Together, these efforts reflected a thoughtful commitment to supporting children with diverse needs and talents, while also bringing their creativity into the daily life of the Shanghai office.
