Bringing Family Into the Fold: Tower Celebrates Bring Your Child to Work Day

At Tower, we’re committed to creating an environment where employees feel supported — not just as professionals, but as whole people. That means fostering a workplace where families feel included and connected to the work we do.

“It was incredible, the kids had a great time. I can’t imagine any workplaces that go the extra mile the way Tower did. I am so impressed and grateful.”

This year’s Bring Your Child to Work Day was a joyful reminder of why that matters. Employees in our New York office had the chance to welcome their kids into the workplace and give them a firsthand look at what a day at Tower looks like.

The day was filled with laughter, discovery, and lots of Tower-themed fun. The kids participated in interactive puzzles and activities designed to spark curiosity — and maybe even introduce a few early lessons in logic and problem-solving. We gave the Future of Tower a peek at their parents’ day-to-day, while shared lunches brought teams and families together in a more relaxed, personal setting.

Beyond the activities, what made the day special was the sense of connection — between colleagues, between generations, and between work and home life. For some kids, it was their first time in an office; for others, it was a chance to see their parents’ professional side and put faces to the names they’ve heard at the dinner table.

“My three daughters had a blast (they are still talking about the bank vault tour like it’s a Disney movie), and the youngest one even brought her robot to school today to “show the world.” Big thanks for making this event cooler than usual!”

We’re proud to support our employees in all aspects of their lives — and grateful for moments like these that help build a stronger, more human workplace.
