Tower was proud to sponsor the IICPC Codefest 2026 — one of the most ambitious and globally diverse competitive programming events.
This year’s competition saw participation from over 30 countries, with more than 14,000 students from over 1,000 universities across India, including all IITs, along with participants from leading global institutions such as Cambridge, NUS, and Stanford. From this vast pool, the top performers advanced through regional rounds hosted at IITs, culminating in a highly competitive final featuring 75 Indian finalists and five international finalists.
The finals, hosted earlier this month in Chennai across premier venues including IIT Madras Research Park, brought together top programming talent and leading global quantitative trading firms for four days of friendly competition.
As a sponsor, Tower played an active role during the finals — engaging closely with participants, supporting the technical competition, and exhibiting at the career fair. It was an incredible opportunity to share insights into quantitative trading, explore the intersection of technology and finance, and connect with some of the brightest minds preparing to enter the workforce.
The winners of the Tower Coding Challenge were also recognized during the event, making it a proud and memorable moment for us.
We were truly impressed by the participants’ curiosity, enthusiasm, and depth of problem-solving. It was rewarding to be part of an event that encourages analytical thinking while bringing together some of the most promising talent in the community.
Congratulations to all participants, finalists, and the organizing team for putting together such a successful and impactful event!
