Tower is a proud CSR partner of the Center for Creative Learning, IIT Gandhinagar, supporting them in revolutionizing the classroom experience through a specialized STEM program designed to transform curiosity into capability.

The core of this initiative lies in the development and distribution of hands-on STEM learning kits. Unlike standard textbooks, these kits are designed to make physics, chemistry, and mathematics tangible and interactive for students. The program moves beyond the “what” of science to the “how” and “why” by focusing on:

• Experiential Learning: Students engage in experiments that mirror real-world scientific challenges, fostering a “maker” mindset from an early age.
• Playful Exploration: The initiative turns science into a discovery, making complex subjects accessible to students of all academic backgrounds.
• Critical Thinking: The curriculum encourages students to hypothesize, test, and iterate—skills that are essential for the next generation of engineers and researchers.

The program is currently active in 600 government schools across the Indian states of Gujarat and Haryana, bringing innovative educational resources to rural and underserved districts. We have reached over 75,000 middle school students, empowering them to see themselves as future scientists and innovators.

We have also supported intensive residential workshops for 200 government teachers. These training sessions at the IIT Gandhinagar campus empower educators to adopt inquiry-based teaching methods, ensuring the kits are utilized to their full potential.
