March CSR Recap: Investing in Women at Work and in the Community

At Tower, we believe in supporting organizations that work to expand opportunities for and improve the lives of women. In March, we sponsored and attended two events that advanced that goal from different directions.

On March 4, we attended 100 Women in Finance’s London Gala 2026, an evening celebrating leadership, connection, and the advancement of women across the global financial sector. 100 Women in Finance is a global organization focused on gender equity in finance, with a mission to empower women at every career stage and help them achieve their professional potential. Its Vision 30/40 initiative sets a goal for women to hold 30% of senior investment and executive committee roles by 2040.

Held at the V&A in South Kensington, the London Gala brought together more than 360 guests from across the finance community. As part of 100 Women in Finance’s 25th anniversary year, the event recognized the organization’s progress to date while raising support for programs that help expand access, mentorship and leadership opportunities across the industry.

Altogether, the gala raised £750,000 in support of 100 Women in Finance’s mission and global programs advancing women’s leadership in finance worldwide. Our thanks to 100 Women in Finance for hosting a memorable event, and to everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

On March 17, we attended a breakfast at NIKE NYHQ in support of Food Bank For NYC’s Woman to Woman campaign. The annual campaign delivers more than 900,000 pounds of household and personal care items each year to support women and their families – one of the organization’s many wellness initiatives that go beyond hunger relief. During the event, we heard from corporate leaders and community voices on the vital importance of period products, hygiene essentials and childcare resources for women in need.

We were proud to support two organizations making a meaningful difference in the lives of women – both within the financial industry and across the broader community. We look forward to continuing to back initiatives that help expand opportunity, access and support where they are needed most.
