Last week, Tower was proud to sponsor the 2025 Lifting Girls Up Gala and College Shower, hosted by Girls Inc. of New York City. Held annually, this powerful event brings together leaders from the corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors to raise critical funds for programs that help girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth grow up strong, smart, and bold.

The evening was equal parts celebration and call to action. Distinguished honorees were recognized for advancing equity in their industries, while attendees enjoyed a night of dinner, dancing, and community.

The heart of the event was the College Shower – a moving moment that spotlighted 25 college-bound high school seniors from across the city. Each student was recognized on stage and received scholarships and essential supplies to prepare for their next chapter.
