Earlier this month, Tower had the pleasure of hosting Futures & Options – a nonprofit dedicated to providing career development opportunities for high school students – for a two-hour career panel at our new NYC headquarters. We welcomed a group of bright and curious ninth and tenth graders, who spent the morning hearing from a panel of Tower employees across a range of roles across our quantitative trading and core engineering teams.

Over the course of the session, employees shared their career journeys, memorable professional milestones, and the lessons they’ve picked up along the way. They also offered practical advice tailored to the students’ stage in life – everything from the value of intellectual curiosity to the importance of staying open-minded about future paths. The students came prepared with thoughtful questions and brought great energy to the discussion.

It was inspiring to see them take in the experience – not just the stories, but our dynamic office environment as well. We’re proud to partner with organizations like Futures & Options that are helping shape the next generation of industry talent, especially in our local communities.
